Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.


Shipping Rates & Methods

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and carrier.

  • Domestic orders: 3–7 business days

  • International orders: 7–21 business days

AfterMat is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.


International Shipping

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs processing times may affect delivery estimates.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

AfterMat is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Returned shipments due to address errors may incur additional shipping fees.


Lost or Stolen Packages

AfterMat is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen.

If you believe your package is lost, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking information provided.


Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged product and packaging

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.


Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to certain regions or PO boxes. Any restrictions will be noted at checkout.
