Return & Refund Policy

At AfterMat, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be confident in your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns and refunds work.


Returns

Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items.

You may request a return only if:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • The request is made within 14 days of delivery

  • The product was damaged during shipping or you received the wrong item

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our end (damaged or incorrect item).


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:

  • The product

  • The packaging

  • The shipping label

We will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.

  • Sale or promotional items

  • Gift cards


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If eligible, please return the item following the steps above and place a new order.
